Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Hazelmd.xyz (the “Site”) or purchasing the Hazel AI Pack and related digital products (the “Products”). By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Hazel AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Hazelmd.xyz and sells digital educational products: AI “skills” (system-prompt personas), prompts, guides, templates and related materials delivered as digital downloads. Contact: cs2globalhub@gmail.com.

2. What you are buying

The Products are digital files (PDF, Markdown/text, images and similar). They are educational and informational tools. You are buying access to and a license to use these files for your own personal or business use.

3. License

On purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Products for your own projects. You may use the skills, prompts and templates in your own work and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publicly republish the Products themselves (the files, or substantial copies of them) as your own product. The outputs you create using the Products are yours.

4. No professional advice and no guaranteed results

The Products are educational. They are not legal, financial, investment, medical, or professional advice. We make no guarantee of any specific result, income, or outcome from using the Products. Results depend on your own effort, skills, market and many factors outside our control.

5. Third-party tools

The Products reference third-party AI tools and services (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and various build, content and marketing tools). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. Their names are used only to describe how to use our Products. You are responsible for complying with each third-party tool’s own terms and for any fees they charge.

6. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change. Payment is processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). You agree to provide accurate billing information.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally — by instant download and/or a link sent to the email you provide at checkout. Please use a valid email address. If you do not receive your Product, contact cs2globalhub@gmail.com and we will help.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Products or Site for anything unlawful, to infringe others’ rights, or to create harmful, deceptive, or abusive content. We may suspend access for misuse.

10. Intellectual property

All Site content and the Products (design, text, branding, the “orb” identity and the “Hazel” name) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. The license in Section 3 is the only right granted to you.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Products is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
