Refund Policy
Last updated: 6 June 2026
We want you to be happy with the Hazel AI Pack. Because our Products are digital downloads delivered instantly, please read this policy before purchasing.
Digital products
Once a digital Product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be “returned” like a physical item. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital file delivered immediately.
30-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind the Products. If a prompt or skill genuinely does not work as described, contact us at cs2globalhub@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right — or refund you in full.
Because the Products are instantly-delivered digital files, this guarantee is proof-based: to approve a refund we need to see that you actually used the materials as provided. Please include:
- Screenshots of the exact prompt or skill from the pack that you used (unmodified).
- Screenshots of what you entered into your AI tool and the result you got back.
- A short note on what didn’t work, or how the result was materially not as described.
We also refund in full, with no proof needed, if you did not receive your download or link, or the files are corrupted, broken, or won’t open.
What is not covered
- Change of mind after you have downloaded the Product, where the Product matches its description.
- “I didn’t get the results I wanted” without showing the prompts/skills you actually used as provided — the Products are tools and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (see our Terms).
- Requests made after 30 days, or purchases where there is evidence of redistribution of the files.
How to request a refund
Email cs2globalhub@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We typically respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law in your country. Where local law grants a withdrawal/cooling-off right for digital goods, that right applies as written in the law.
